While we are committed to customer satisfaction, we do have some specific cancellation and return policies for certain cases. Those instances can be found below.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Orders may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of original purchase date. If returning diy merchandise (i.e. bags, boxes, to go containers) items must be unopened and in re-saleable conditions in order to receive a refund. If items included a custom print order in addition to our boxes, you will only be refunded the amount equal to the favor or cake boxes as custom print orders are non-refundable.
Custom printed favors, labels and stationery is not returnable. This is because custom printed items are created on a per order basis and cannot be resold. Custom printed stationery includes wedding or event stationary, envelopes, liners, save the dates, labels, or personalized wedding and event favors.

We may or may not be able to cancel your order after it has been approved for printing. Should you need to cancel or request a refund, please contact us asap. Depending on whether your order has gone into design or print production, we may be able to cancel it and process your refund less the design costs. If your order is in the process of printing, we may be able to stop it midway and recover some of the costs for a refund. If your order has completed the printing stage, we will not be able to cancel, refund, or accept a return on the order.

We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery or favors does not match the colors or sizing you see on screen.

This is because all monitors display color and sizes differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print or the actual sizing of any product. If you are concerned about color or size, we highly recommend ordering a sample set which includes a printed color chart showing all of our ink options and the actual product.

If you choose NOT to order a personalized sample of any product listed in our store prior to receiving your final order, please understand no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued due to color inaccuracy of any customized or personalized product.

If for some reason you do not like the colors you chose, please contact us. We’ll be happy to work with you on a discounted reprint.

ove Mr. and Mrs. gladly accepts all major credit cards such as, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Payments can be made directly via Etsy direct checkout or via PayPal as a guest or a PayPal account. All payments must process and be confirmed before an order is completed.

Shipping for Customized Products, Containers, Bags, and Labels

All customized products, such as stationary, labels, and favors, involve a proofing process where electronic proofs will be sent to your email for review prior to printing and shipping.

Please know that we understand each order is time sensitive based on your upcoming event. Once you receive your digital proof you will have up to 3 days to review and respond. If there is no record of a response within 3 days please know that your order will be processed and fulfilled as-is. Digital proofs are sent Monday - Friday between 10 AM - 7 PM (EST.). If you have chosen to have your order rushed your digital proof will be sent the same day you place your order.

Our standard shipping for orders is sent via USPS Priority Mail. The price range for shipping can range from $5.60 and up.

USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail takes an estimated transit time of 2-3 business days anywhere in the country. Processing days for orders are typically Monday- Friday and shipping days are Monday through Saturday with the exception of US Holidays.

Please note that on occasion, Priority Mail can take 4-5 business days. If you need your order in a hurry, please use our "Rush My Order" upgraded service. We can make it happen for you!
